Overview

STRACON’s Infrastructure segment focuses on the development, construction and operation of long-duration mining infrastructure assets, typically under structured BOOM and DBFO delivery models. Projects are governed by long-term contractual frameworks, primarily take-or-pay arrangements, supporting predictable and inflation-linked revenue streams.

  • Water transmission and management systems
  • Mine-waste and tailings infrastructure
  • Utilities and power transmission
  • Logistics corridors and materials handling

The Infrastructure segment draws on STRACON’s engineering, construction, operations and technology capabilities to originate, design, build and operate critical mining infrastructure. Early technical leadership enables disciplined risk management, alignment between design and operations and long-term asset performance.
