Mr. Garcia-Rosell is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of STRACON Group and its operating subsidiaries.

Mr. Garcia-Rosell is currently Managing Director in Ashmore’s Infrastructure and Private Equity Group with offices in Peru, and with activities in several countries in South America. He also serves as Chairman / member of the board in a number of Ashmore’s portfolio companies in different sectors including energy, transport, education and health care.

Mr. Garcia-Rosell holds a B.Sc. in Business from Universidad de Lima, an MBA from the University of Chicago with specialization in Economy, Finance and Accounting, and also holds a postgraduate degree in Advanced Management from Stanford University.

Founder of STRACON, CEO and Executive Director of the Group and its operating subsidiaries, Mr. Dixon has over 30 years of experience in global mining, engineering, and construction services business, including 24 years in the Americas. Mr. Dixon has led the successful growth and diversification of the Group, to become one of the leading providers of mining and construction services throughout the Americas.

Mr. Dixon has led large scale contracting organizations and has extensive knowledge of mining, infrastructure and is an Alliance contracting expert. At both advising and operating level, he has been instrumental in the growth and success of multiple companies, developing and delivering major mining and construction projects across the Americas, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, and the Republic of Georgia.

Mr. Dixon currently also serves as Director at the Latin America New Zealand Business Council in New Zealand and was appointed Honorary Consul of New Zealand in Peru in April 2022.

Mr. Dixon is a Civil Engineer (N.Z.C.E. Civil) and has participated in executive education programs at London School of Business and MIT.

Mr. Gutiérrez is responsible for management of the Group’s financial resources across the operating companies, has led the implementation of the organizational strategy, restructuring of the financial debt, and has also established an effective risk-return analysis process for commercial proposals.

Prior to joining the Group in 2018, he worked for leading global funds and large industrial conglomerates in Latin America. With over 12 years of experience in investment banking and private equity Mr. Gutiérrez´s international trajectory includes management and direction of corporate finance, strategy, and risk.

Mr. Gutierrez´s experience also includes the development of investment exit strategies, considering the situation of the company and market conditions, as well as strategies for the extension of the service portfolio.

Mr. Gutiérrez is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá and has an MBA from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Robilliard is responsible for managing the corporate legal affairs of the Group.

Before joining STRACON Group, he developed a career spanning over 20 years at a global law firm, being part of the Corporate Law, M&A, and Restructuring practices. His professional practice has included consulting on corporate governance matters for private and listed companies; advising on various local and cross-border transactions, such as the purchase and sale of companies (including distressed M&A), the establishment of joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations; as well as resolving corporate disputes.

As an external legal advisor, he participated in Ashmore's entry as the majority shareholder of STRACON, as well as in subsequent acquisitions of companies by the Group.

Mr. Robilliard holds a law degree from the University of Lima, where he also served as a professor in the Faculty of Law for 8 years.

Mr. Herbozo is responsible for Business Development strategy, generating commercial synergies across the Group, and exploring additional services to generate further value for our stakeholders. With over 25 years of experience in the sector, Mr. Herbozo has held regional managerial positions at major engineering and construction companies in Latin America.

Mr. Herbozo has an extensive network of contracts within the mining industry and holds vast experience negotiating engineering (Conceptual Studies, PFS, FS) and construction, as well as EPC and EPCM contracts generating positive results through the design and implementation of engineering and construction strategies.

Mr. Herbozo graduated in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima, holds an MBA from the Universidad de Piura and a Board Member Certification from the Institute of Directors in London.

Mr. Ferro is responsible for driving the Group's strategic planning process, overseeing business transformation programs (including exploring and implementing business improvement initiatives), and spearheading new growth initiatives across the Americas. Mr. Ferro's role includes leading M&A integration efforts to ensure seamless assimilation and synergy realization, as well as identifying and mitigating strategic and operational risks.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Ferro possesses proven skills in strategy, process optimization, and productivity enhancement, as well as has a successful track record of leading transformation projects and managing high-performing teams. Mr. Ferro's extensive experience spans executive and leadership roles in renowned global management consulting firms, as well as Latin American conglomerates.

Mr. Ferro holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Portuguese Catholic University and has pursued postgraduate studies at Stanford University and MIT.

Mr. Tamayo has been with STRACON for 13 years and is currently responsible for leading STRACON S.A. Additionally, as Country Manager for Peru, he is responsible for the successful development of the Group strategy within the Peruvian mining sector. Throughout his career he has held several senior roles including equipment management, supply chain, operations, and strategy.

Mr. Tamayo most recently held the roles of Vice President & Country Manager of Peru and Vice President of Mining. Previously, as Manager of Business Diversification and Special Projects, he managed relationships with clients and oversaw the development of strategies for diversification within the mining sector.

Mr. Tamayo is a Mechanical Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and attained an MBA from the Universidad de Piura in Peru. He has undertaken the PAD executive program at the Universidad Tecnológica de Monterrey.

As President of Dumas Mining, Mr. Okolisan is responsible for leading the Group’s underground mining contracting business across the Americas. He brings extensive expertise and leadership experience to the Group´s executive team.

Throughout his 30-year career, Mr. Okolisan has held key leadership roles in private and publicly held international consulting, engineering and construction firms, with a focus on growing their global and regional mining businesses.

In his last role leading a North American premier contracting firm’s mining, minerals and metals division, Mr. Okolisan significantly grew the business by securing, negotiating and executing several complex EPC construction projects.

Mr. Okolisan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Queen’s University and has practiced as a Professional Engineer (PEO) since 1996.

Responsible for leading Duma’s operations throughout the Americas, Mr. del Corral has over 25 years of experience delivering construction and mining services in Latin America and has been with STRACON for 11 years.

Throughout his career he has held several senior roles including asset management, supply chain and multinational operations, including the establishment and leadership of STRACON businesses in new jurisdictions.

Mr. del Corral began his trajectory at STRACON as Director of Operations, responsible for managing and supporting project activities. Following a period of international expansion, in 2018 he assumed the role of Vice President International.

A Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Mr. del Corral attained an MBA from the Management School of the Universidad de Piura in Peru and has undertaken the CEO Latam 2018 Executive Program.

Mr. Cáceres has been with AMECO for 12 years and is currently responsible for leading AMECO´s business in South America.

With over 15 years of trajectory, he has a strong track record in asset management and equipment rental business development, providing integrated solutions in equipment to the mining industry in South America. Throughout his career he has held several senior roles, including leading regional positions, in critical areas such as business development, estimations and proposals, contract administration and project control.

Mr. Cáceres graduated in Computer Engineering from the University of Santo Tomás in Chile and holds executive education in Team Building Management from Adolfo Ibañez University, Mining Contract Management at the Catholic University of Chile and a leadership program from Harvard Business School, among others.

Responsible for leading the STRACON Tech business and the Group's transformation and technology initiatives, Mr. Pinto has over 20 years of international experience in information technology and innovation related areas.

Prior to joining the Group, he has served in various executive roles in different renowned multinational companies spanning technology, communications, mining, and construction. His experience spans management of IT & OT investment projects uniting transport infrastructure and technology in Latin America, as well as implementation and leadership of regional areas and businesses of IT, communications, and applications.

Mr. Pinto graduated in Computer Science, holds an MBA in Technology and Innovation by the Universidad de Sao Paulo with international extension from Bently College, as well as has undertaken an MBA from Insper Institute from Brazil.

Responsible for leading the Engineering business, Mr. Sánchez has over 20 years of experience, including diverse senior operational and business development roles in regional and global companies.

Mr. Sánchez trajectory includes engineering and construction for the water sector, as well as energy, infrastructure, and mining sectors. Has led developing EPC projects and capital projects with multi-disciplinary diverse teams throughout different geographies such as Spain, India, Morocco, Peru, USA, Mexico, Chile, and Colombia. Much of his career is dedicated to implanting the culture of EPC projects in engineering and construction companies.

Mr. Sánchez is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad de Extremadura in Spain and holds an Executive Master’s in business leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Has also undertaken role as Director in engineering and construction companies.
