Mr. Garcia-Rosell is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of STRACON Group and its operating subsidiaries.

Mr. Garcia-Rosell is currently Managing Director in Ashmore’s Infrastructure and Private Equity Group with offices in Peru, and with activities in several countries in South America. He also serves as Chairman / member of the board in a number of Ashmore’s portfolio companies in different sectors including energy, transport, education and health care.

Mr. Garcia-Rosell holds a B.Sc. in Business from Universidad de Lima, an MBA from the University of Chicago with specialization in Economy, Finance and Accounting, and also holds a postgraduate degree in Advanced Management from Stanford University.

Founder of STRACON, CEO and Executive Director of the Group and its operating subsidiaries, Mr. Dixon has over 30 years of experience in global mining, engineering, and construction services business, including 24 years in the Americas. Mr. Dixon has led the successful growth and diversification of the Group, to become one of the leading providers of mining and construction services throughout the Americas.

Mr. Dixon has led large scale contracting organizations and has extensive knowledge of mining, infrastructure and is an Alliance contracting expert. At both advising and operating level, he has been instrumental in the growth and success of multiple companies, developing and delivering major mining and construction projects across the Americas, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, and the Republic of Georgia.

Mr. Dixon currently also serves as Director at the Latin America New Zealand Business Council in New Zealand and was appointed Honorary Consul of New Zealand in Peru in April 2022.

Mr. Dixon is a Civil Engineer (N.Z.C.E. Civil) and has participated in executive education programs at London School of Business and MIT.

Mr. Villaveces is a member of the Board of Directors of STRACON Group.

Since 2010, Mr. Villaveces has held the position of President of Ashmore Management Company Colombia. With over 40 years of experience in the financial and business valuation sectors, Mr. Villaveces has held various executive roles, has been part of the beginning of the investment banking development in Colombia, and has led multiple processes of business valuation and purchase, and sale of companies in different sectors.

Mr. Villaveces studied Business Administration at the Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia.

Ms. Caldwell St-Onge is an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of STRACON Group and serves as Chair of the Board’s Sustainability Committee.

Ms. Caldwell St-Onge has over 30 years of experience in the public sector, with expertise in international relations and trade, governance, political risk, sustainable development, community engagement, and environmental sciences. Her professional background includes serving as an Ambassador and holding independent director roles with two mining companies and a clean technology accelerator, as well as serving as Chair of the Canada-Africa Chamber of Business. She also serves as a strategic advisor to non-profit organizations focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, and sustainable agriculture.

Ms. Caldwell St-Onge holds an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen’s University, and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors at the University of Toronto.

Mr. Aramburú is a member of the Board of Directors of STRACON Group and STRACON S.A., he also serves as a member of the Talent Committee, and the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Mr. Aramburú has held various executive roles, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of a publicly traded mining company operating in the Americas for 15 years. As an Independent Director, Mr. Aramburú is currently a Board Member of several companies across different sectors, such as mining, energy, real-estate, private equity, logistics, education, media and insurances.

Mr. Aramburú is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Católica del Perú and holds an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Cantuarias is a member of the Board of Directors of STRACON Group and STRACON S.A., he also serves as a member of the ESG Committee, Audit and Risk Committee, and the Chair of the Talent and Compensation Committee.

As an expert in corporate relations, strategic communication, license to operate, sustainable development and union bargaining, Mr. Cantuarias has over 25 years of experience with business associations, multilatinas and multinational companies. His vast trajectory includes executive roles as Vice President of Corporate and Commercial Affairs for mining and manufacturing companies, among others.

Mr. Cantuarias is a licensed attorney by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, holds a master’s degree from Harvard University with focus in corporate finance and has undertaken specialization studies at Kellogg School of Management and IE/Chicago Booth.

Mr. Cantuarias currently serves as President of Perú´s Hydrocarbons Society and is Professor at leading business schools in Peru.

Mr. Cohen is a member of the Board of Directors of STRACON Group and Dumas, he also serves as a member of the Corporate Finance Committee.

Mr. Cohen is currently Head of North America and Senior Advisor at a private equity firm based in London. Prior roles include Managing Director and Head of North American Mining Investment Banking at one of the largest financial companies in the world. During this period, he originated and successfully executed M&A, debt and equity transactions valued at over US$40 billion.

Mr. Cohen´s experience also include senior professional roles within M&A groups of both global and domestic Canadian investment banks, where he focused on the natural resources sector.

Mr. Cohen holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Queen's University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Keller is an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of STRACON Group.

Mr. Keller has over 30 years of executive experience across the energy, mining, infrastructure, and investment sectors. He has held senior leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer of Colbún S.A., where he led a strategic transformation aligned with the energy transition, and Chief Financial Officer and later Chief Executive Officer of Codelco. His professional trajectory also includes roles as Managing Partner for Latin America at Brookfield Asset Management, Divisional Chief Executive Officer at Cencosud, and executive positions at Compañía Minera Collahuasi and the Shell Group.

Mr. Keller holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a degree in Business and Economics from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Mr. Keller currently serves on the boards of several operating companies and on the boards of companies in the construction, industrial services, and energy sectors, including power generation and commercialization.
